1. Acceptance

By using Southeast Parking's pay-for-parking (session) or monthly permit services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide short-term parking sessions (pay by QR or app) and monthly parking permits. You are responsible for entering accurate license plate and payment information. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Session parking begins immediately upon payment; there is no cancellation or refund for unused time.

3. Permits

Monthly permits are billed in advance. You may cancel or change your plate according to the options in your account. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to our policies.

4. Fees & Taxes

Every purchase includes a non-refundable service fee that helps cover platform operation, payment processing, and customer support, plus any applicable sales tax. Service fees are charged in addition to the parking amount and are itemized at checkout before payment. The service fee for each transaction type is:

• Hourly / session parking: $0.99 or 5% of the parking amount, whichever is greater.
• Monthly or annual permits: $2.99 or 5% of the permit price, whichever is greater, charged each billing cycle.
• Reservation / event parking: a flat $1.49 per transaction.
• Validation purchases: a flat $0.25 per transaction.
• SEP Pass (VIP) subscription: billed at the price displayed at signup (currently $4.99 per month) and renews automatically until cancelled. No separate per-transaction service fee applies to the SEP Pass charge itself.

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated based on the parking location and is also itemized at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including the parking amount, service fee, and any applicable taxes. Recurring permit and SEP Pass charges will continue at the same rate and cadence until cancelled.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to misrepresent your vehicle or identity, or to evade parking rules. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Parking use only. The parking space and facility may be used solely for the temporary parking of a licensed, registered, and operable motor vehicle for the period you have paid for or during the term of your permit. You may not use the space or facility for any non-parking activity, including but not limited to: vehicle or property storage beyond your paid session or permit term; living in, sleeping in, or camping in a vehicle; loitering; vehicle repair, maintenance, washing, or detailing; vending, soliciting, advertising, or other commercial activity; holding events or gatherings; charging, dumping, or discharging any substance or waste; or any use that obstructs, damages, or interferes with the facility or other users. We may remove, tow (at the vehicle owner's expense), or refuse service to any vehicle used in violation of this section, and may suspend or terminate access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Southeast Parking, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
